Where do I find tracking?

You have 30 days from the day it is delivered. The piece needs to be unused, in the packaging it arrived in, with whatever parts and accessories came with it. No restocking fee.

How do I start a return?

Email support@lifoso.com with your order number and what went wrong. If it arrived damaged or was the wrong item, attach a photo. We read it and send the return instructions back.

When does the money come back?

Once the return reaches us and we have checked it over, the refund goes out within a few business days to the card or wallet you paid with. How quickly it shows up after that is your bank's call, usually within a week.
