Lifoso is an online retailer of home decor items and lighting based in Fort Wayne, Indiana that ships to the United States, Canada, the UK, Australia and New Zealand. Lifoso offers a relatively small inventory of products that it knows inside and out.

Why We Started
Because online shopping for the finishing items in your home (lamps, mirrors, rugs and small furniture) can be such a chore – long descriptions of dimensions that aren’t as relevant as you think, lists of materials used in unclear terms, and poor scale photographs – we have established Lifoso to attempt to make the process of buying online far easier for you. Our store aims to answer all your questions before you even have to ask them, to deliver items to you for the cost of the item, and to make returns as easy as possible.

What We Sell
We have four categories of products on offer: Lighting – table, wall, free standing, flameless candles and that tricky item, a decorative lamp. Mirrors – some very large and decorative ones too. Home and Rug – round and square rugs. Home and Furniture – side tables, coffee tables, small place to put things, a storage shelf and a book case.

How We Select and Check Products
Before adding items to our site, we review the supplier and order a sample item. This allows us to check the measurements of the item against what the supplier has stated and also the materials used to make the item. If an item has a plug, battery or switch, we test it for charging, operation and full functionality of the controls. We then write our own descriptions based on our own measurements and include the information in the product description (such as dimensions, materials and what’s in the box). The item will then be removed from sale if it fails to perform in everyday use.

Our Commitments to You
Detailed product information. Every product page includes information such as product dimensions, material(s) used, power requirements where relevant and a clear list of what you will receive.
Free tracked shipping to all countries listed above. Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days and arrive within 8-16 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email when it has left our warehouse for delivery.
30-Day Return Policy. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it to us within 30 days from the date of delivery and we will issue a full refund within 7 business days of approval.
Payment is via secure, industry leading third party providers. We do not store any card information.
